This E-Z Up brand instant shelter is 12´ (at the base) with angled legs and an open cathedral type ceiling with pull pin sliders. It comes with a tan top with silver undercoating that blocks 99% of the sun´s harmful UV rays, CPAI-84 fire rating. It has a tan powder-coated steel frame and weighs only 37 lb. It comes with a displayable roller bag with stake pouch, 4 stakes, and a 2 year warranty.
